REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Media Communication, Analytics or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Skilled in campaign tracking, tag implementation, and performance reporting
  • Experience with Baidu, Naver, or TikTok is a plus
  • Strong capabilities in keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
  • Proficiency in GA4 and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus for working with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Organized, analytical, and proactive with a data-driven mindset
  • Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Media Operations Manager with hands-on experience in search and social advertising, particularly across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn. Familiarity with platforms like Baidu, Naver, TikTok is a strong plus.
You’ll support campaign execution, reporting, and optimization across a diverse portfolio of regional and global accounts across industries such as travel, tech, B2B, and lifestyle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise in media operations and a desire to grow into a leadership role within the APAC region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across major platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and regional platforms
  • Execute strategies including keyword management, bidding optimization, account structuring, and creative testing.
  • Operate within Google Ads formats like Performance Max and Demand Generation to drive performance
  • Implement and monitor Meta Ads campaigns, including audience segmentation, pixel tracking, and A/B testing
  • Ensure accurate tracking by creating and implementing tags across platforms
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and generate actionable insights to drive results.
  • Generate reports and organize performance data for internal teams and client communication.
  • Collaborate with account managers by providing performance insights and optimization recommendations to enhance campaign strategy
  • Work independently in a remote setup, understanding account goals and client needs
