Overall Objective The Media Operations Manager assists in media operational initiatives for the Media Division. General duties include but are not limited to assisting the Media Division Leaders on media finance and budget-related responsibilities; assisting teams across all budget and budget-tracking areas of responsibilities; assisting the Media Division Leaders on scheduling plans, reporting tasks, and operational duties.  They will also help to manage and uphold departmental and agency rules and policies with the team.   Responsibilities * Provide operational, strategic, administrative, and tactical support of key programs and media initiatives for Media Divisional Leaders. * Implement consistent media budget process & reports using Microsoft Office and other project management and process mapping platforms * Independently develop and manage against media project plans and timelines. * Create, communicate, and manage detailed media project scope and business requirement documents for system enhancements, and modifications * Be a leader/role model to junior level staff (training, helping team with work and process related questions) * Maintain accurate updates related to media financials, account fees, budgets, plans are reflected in various Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets * Assist Media Division Leaders on all joint media documents that require media plan & media budget aggregated information. * Assist media team with questions on any media related items or job functions. * Assist on all media related data analysis and reporting.   Qualifications * 4 year undergraduate degree in advertising, marketing, media, business or similar * 2+ years’ experience in media operations, project management, billing and/or invoice reconciliation, or account management experience. * Must be detail-oriented and possess above average organization skills * 2+ years’ experience with Media Platforms such as Media Ocean/Prisma, Workfront and other Media Tools * Expert in MS Office: Excel * Comfortable with general accounting, data entry and invoicing procedures * A self-starter with ability to quickly learn and take on new responsibilities * Extremely organized and the ability to multi-task many projects * Eagerness to take ownership of assigned tasks and work with a broader agency team as a media operations expert
