- Research, verification, editorial recording and ongoing updating of event dates, also for website, newsletter and digital distribution channels
- Editorial support, quality assurance and further development of the digital event calendar including SEO and GEO optimization
- Structured maintenance and journalistic preparation of event-related content in TYPO3
- Coordination with event organizers, cultural professionals and internal contacts
- Coordination and interface function with external agencies and service providers, especially regarding design, production and technical developments.
- Responsibility for the entire production process of the print edition: topic and deadline planning, data quality, advertising management, coordination with partners, and coordination of printing, distribution, and billing.
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training or studies in the field of communication, media, marketing, online media or a comparable discipline.
- Professional experience in editing, publishing or digital publishing.
- Experience with TYPO3 or comparable content management systems.
- Very meticulous editorial work, a strong feel for language and high text accuracy – even with large amounts of data and deadlines.
- Experience in the structured collection, maintenance and target group-oriented preparation of event information.
- Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and the optimization of content for AI-powered search and response systems.
- Interest in culture, leisure, urban development and social life in Heilbronn.
