Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO As our next Media Optimization Specialist, you’ll be responsible for driving the performance and efficiency of our paid media investments globally across digital channels full funnel. You will analyse campaign performance, identify optimization levers, and work closely with analytics, markets, and agencies to continuously improve results and maximise business impact. We’re building a dedicated team of Media Optimization Specialist and are now looking for four people to join us in Stockholm. In this role, you’ll: Lead paid media performance optimization globally across digital channels full funnel, with a strong focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI Identify and apply media performance drivers and optimization levers based on data and insights Work closely with Measurement & Analytics, Controlling, and Sales Market Paid Media Leads to align optimization priorities with business goals Apply and support standardized ways of working for media optimization across markets and agencies Collaborate with agency and market teams to steer optimization actions, such as budget allocation, bid strategies, and audience performance Monitor media performance and optimization outcomes, identifying trends, risks, and improvement areas Share and present insights and optimization recommendations with relevant stakeholders to support continuous improvement WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You’ll collaborate closely with: Sales Market Paid Media Leads Measurement & Analytics and Controlling teams Media agencies and market stakeholders Together, you’ll ensure paid media investments are optimised consistently and effectively across markets, driving both short‑ and long‑term performance. WHO YOU ARE We are looking for people with… A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field 5–7 years of experience in paid media optimization, performance marketing, or digital media roles Strong understanding of paid digital media performance drivers and optimization levers Proven ability to analyse data and translate performance insights into clear optimization actions using different measurement methods such as regression-based attribution and in-platform data.
