About the role Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Media & Partnerships Manager will lead the strategy and execution of T2’s paid media program and marketing activation initiatives. With a 60% focus on managing our media agency to deliver strong ROI across digital channels, and a 40% focus on brand partnerships and retail activations, this role is central to driving both profitable growth and meaningful brand experiences. You’ll set our media agency up for success, ensuring campaigns are commercially sound, creatively-led, and performance-driven. At the same time, you’ll activate marketing campaigns, shopping centre collaborations, and regional marketing initiatives to bring more customers into our stores and create memorable community connections. This role balances commercial acumen, creative storytelling, and stakeholder management — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering results while keeping the magic of T2 alive. Your day-to-day will include: Owning global paid media and owning the media agency relationship. This includes budgeting, forecasting, ROI measurement, setting clear KPIs and driving agency accountability Building structured reporting frameworks and surfacing actionable insights to optimise planning Manage execution of brand partnerships, shopping centre collaborations, and marketing activations that support retail traffic and conversion. Manage cross-functional integration and innovation by aligning paid and partnership activity with CRM, Digital, Retail and Trading calendar to support commercial cycles About you 5+ years’ experience in paid media and performance marketing (in-house or agency). Proven ability to exceed performance targets and deliver ROI through paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit etc). Strong experience managing media agencies - brief, direct, challenge for success. Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and investment optimisation. Skilled in building reporting frameworks and analysing attribution models. Experience with A/B testing, incrementality, and structured test-and-learn programs. Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, SEMrush) and media platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in partnerships, shopping centre marketing, or regional activations Strong project management & able to oversee multiple cross-functional campaigns.
