SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of media planning or account management experience, ideally from a leading media agency
  • Proven ability to lead multi-channel media strategy across digital, social, and offline
  • Confident client communicator with strong commercial awareness
  • Experience working with high-profile brands and complex campaign objectives
  • Sharp analytical thinking with the ability to translate insight into strategy
  • Comfortable presenting and defending work to senior stakeholders
  • A natural collaborator and team leader

Responsibilities

This is a senior planning role — not buying. You’ll take ownership of media strategy and planning across digital and offline channels for globally recognised consumer brands. Working closely with a team of channel specialists, creatives, analysts and clients, you’ll lead the development of insight-led, high-impact media strategies that drive commercial results.
You’ll run key client relationships, presenting plans and performance updates with confidence and clarity. You’ll bring energy and leadership to cross-functional teams, mentor junior planners, and contribute to the growth of accounts by identifying new opportunities and always keeping a sharp eye on effectiveness.
