Job Description: We are looking for a Media Planning Executive who is passionate about strategy, insights, and the power of media to drive business growth. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to deliver day-to-day strategic work for clients — stewarding ideas from insight through execution across multiple channels. You’ll analyze data, uncover audience behaviors, and help translate business objectives into impactful, well-structured media plans that deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and optimizing media plans across digital, social, and offline channels. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver day-to-day strategic work for clients, ensuring smooth execution from planning through activation. Deliver a point of view around client business, category, culture, and consumer by compiling, analysing, and interpreting data from various research sources (proprietary, syndicated, or client-provided). Repurpose and adapt agency thought leadership for clients, and contribute to the creation of new thought-leadership materials. Brief internal teams and external media partners for ideation; lead and steer brainstorming sessions where needed. Keep a pulse on emerging media channels and partners — especially within the digital landscape — and identify how they can be leveraged in client strategies. Support planners and managers with campaign forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. Conduct research on market trends, audience behaviours, and competitor activities to inform strategy and planning. Monitor live campaigns to ensure alignment with planned objectives and KPIs. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering collaboration and continuous learning. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in media planning, communications, or digital marketing. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting or planning tools. A passion for understanding audiences and using insights to guide media decisions. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
