    Overview
    As a Media Supervisor, you’ll lead day-to-day client relationships for assigned brands, ensuring strategic, innovative, and effective media planning. You will guide your team in delivering best-in-class media solutions while fostering growth opportunities for clients and talent alike.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years’ experience in progressive media planning, buying, and/or management roles
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Effective negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and thrive under tight deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in media research tools, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with media systems and analytics platforms

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and trust
  • Gather and analyze data and audience insights to define media needs and opportunities
  • Develop, present, and defend strategic media plans to clients
  • Evaluate media options and recommend optimal budget allocations
  • Clearly communicate brand and campaign objectives to internal teams to ensure meaningful, human-centered media connections
  • Mentor and oversee Media Planners and Assistants, providing guidance for skill development and career growth
  • Review and ensure the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all deliverables
  • Collaborate with partner agencies and global counterparts to ensure cohesive execution across markets
  • Oversee financial processes, including monthly billing accuracy, deadline compliance, and issue resolution
  • Partner with the Media Director to identify growth opportunities for client accounts, leveraging Publicis Media’s offerings
