QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Photography, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video production, photography, and editing capabilities
• Proficiency in video/photo editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Excellent communication, time management, and organisation skills
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmen

ROLE OVERVIEW

At framethefolks , the Media Production Executive plays a key role in producing high-quality visual content that supports our clients’ branding and marketing goals. This role involves end-to-end execution—from conceptualising and planning to capturing and editing photo and video content for campaigns, social media, brand storytelling, and digital platforms.

KEY TASKS INCLUDE

• Shooting and editing both video and photography content
• Planning and executing shot lists and storyboards
• Setting up and managing production gear (lighting, sound, camera)
• Directing shoots on location or in-studio
• Working closely with art directors, designers, and editors
• Ensuring all output adheres to brand strategy and creative direction
