Job Title: Media Relations Coordinator & Virtual Event Moderator
Location: Montreal, QC- Downtown (Place Alexis Nihon) | In Person
Job Type: Full-Time | 6-Month Contract (with potential for permanent position)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | In-Person
Salary: $55,000 CAD Annually

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Media Relations Coordinator and Virtual Event Moderator to join our media team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about communications, digital engagement, and the coordination of live virtual events. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, media-driven environment.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as marketing, communications, media studies, marketing, public relations or journalism. Studies in finance and/ or economics could also be aligned with our expectations.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bilingual- English (100%), French (an asset)
  • No criminal record
