It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Within the Group, you will join the Communication, Brand and Sustainable Development Department. Within this Department, you will join the Media Relations and Reputation team (which includes 5 people). The Media Relations and Reputation team brings together the AXA Group's expertise in press relations and reputation management. Previously separated into two distinct divisions, this new team will lead all actions aimed at strengthening AXA's image and visibility with the media and protecting its reputation on a global scale by: Actively monitoring social networks in order to detect weak signals likely to affect the company, while identifying the levers that contribute positively to its image. Leading an international network of correspondents to collect and analyze key events impacting AXA's reputation. Organizing accurate reputational risk reporting, in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the insurance sector. Defining and implementing the annual press relations plan. Coordinating the Group's regular newsflow while ensuring the consistency of the messages disseminated by the various entities to journalists. Maintaining and developing the network of journalists and opinion leaders around AXA This team is also in charge of organizing events related to major financial sequences, in close collaboration with the Investor Relations team. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES: 1) Strategic management Define the annual Media Relations & Reputation strategy, aligned with the Group's strategic plan and the roadmap of AXA's communication department Develop the Group's institutional speaking plan, with the corresponding sequencing Identify speaking opportunities for the group's CEO and the members of the Management Committee Organize monitoring and information sharing, according to the sensitivity of the subjects, for the Group's top management Define the right KPIs to measure the Group's reputation and the impact of media relations actions. Articulate this strategy with that of the other departments of the Communication and Brand department 2) Reputation Set up and supervise multichannel monitoring (social networks, press, NGOs, think tanks) – in coordination with other internal stakeholders (for example, the sustainability team) Detect weak signals and qualify reputational risks (criticality, probability/impact matrix). Lead the network of reputation correspondents within the entities. Consolidate bi-monthly regulatory reporting and ensure regulatory compliance Produce benchmarks Formulate action plans to amplify the positive levers for enhancing the group's reputation Ensure alignment with local entities on sensitive topics and provide support in case of crisis communication 3) Media relations Build the annual PR plan (with sequences according to the news, the group's announcements and the essentials of the financial calendar). Manage the regular "newsflow": press releases, media alerts, opinion pieces, interviews, press kits. Coordinate messages between entities (headquarters, country, business lines) to ensure consistency between content and form. Maintain and develop the network of journalists (mapping, relationships, off/on briefings, exclusives). Prepare spokespeople: media training, Q&A, key messages, proof points and language elements. Organize PR events for major financial sequences (results, AGM, acquisitions), in close collaboration with Investor Relations. Supervise the media agenda (embargoes, timings, windows of opportunity, saturation management). For these missions, you will be supported by external service providers (communication agencies or monitoring tool providers) that you will have to manage.
