EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (required).
  • 7+ years in media strategy or integrated marketing, ideally in both agency and in-house roles.
  • Proven track record delivering insight-led, cross-channel media strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian media landscape and media planning functions.
  • Strong ability to translate creative ideas into impactful, measurable media plans.
  • Experienced in media innovation, test-and-learn, and competitive analysis.
  • Skilled collaborator with experience leading cross-functional ideation sessions.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficient in media research tools, analytics, and consumer insight frameworks.
  • Curious, creative, and confident—challenges the status quo and thrives in fast-paced teams.
