Location: White City, London
Duration: 10 weeks
Start Date: Monday, June 30th, 2025
Salary: £25,210 pro rata
Working within our Media Team, across 3 of our Luxury Brands (Armani, Mugler & Valentino).

You will…

  • Work with Media Manager to ensure that each launch has a best in class Media strategy, hitting minimum Reach, Optimised ROI and Golden Rules
  • Support planning effective retailer media campaigns in partnership with Media & Retailer Media manager
  • Help accelerate all brands by sharing campaign insights and news with Brand team and A&I team to help optimise local content, including social listening
  • To support on all digital media campaigns: creating Media Mapping Powerpoint and presenting to main brand team
  • Responsible for Ad set up, delivery & review, including Meta Creative Hub and Meta Ads Manager
  • Ownership of media asset trackers and delivery to media agency. Asset requests & creation for D2C only/ad hoc
  • Ownership of Always-on Performance campaigns, including but not restricted to Criteo Campaigns, Meta Conversion, Data acquisition campaigns by managing creative swops & insights
  • Support by creating reports when needed and share topline bullets from PCA shared by media agency and circulate to team using results to optimize future campaigns
  • Use the data and analysis available to become a true media expert and help provide useful insight to the team to help inform strategic decisions
  • Coordinating across various third-party agencies to ensure smooth execution of media campaigns
  • Close collaboration with key stakeholders from CDO, CDMO and Brand teams at all levels, especially intern/assistants to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time
  • Stakeholder management and clear communication across the multiple brands, build strong relationship with wider CDO team, Media agency and CDMO team
  • Collating media campaigns into PM’s 360 decks per/campaign
  • Attend weekly media meetings 2x. Share notes & help with actions from weekly Performance meeting
