We are looking for motivated trainee for our investment management team!
Dentsu Finland is a global marketing communications company in the center of Helsinki. Our Investment management team is in charge of securing cost commitments, media audits and external reports and is now looking for motivated trainee for a six-month period. Join our energetic team where you can learn everything there is to know about media, auditing and marketing numbers while working with some of the biggest advertisers in Finland.
Main Responsibilities
Our team’s main responsibilities are media audits, reporting and cost commitments. We work with all media groups and collaborate closely with outdoor, print, TV, radio, cinema, digital and search buyers. We mainly work with large global clients but also local. We are looking for trainee, who is interested in media advertising and reporting overall and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities would be in the following areas:

Trainee, Investment management

• Assisting the team in media audits and reports, coordinating reporting schedules with local team members, handling communication with auditors and global team.

The Ideal Candidate
You have an interest in media and marketing. This position requires a solid interest in media auditing, numeric accuracy, capability to manage large amounts of data and good Excel skills. You will either soon graduate or already have a University or Polytechnic level degree. We expect you to be able to work independently, show attention to detail, be persistent and be enthusiastic about learning new things. You are comfortable with organizational tasks and project management, so you can keep up with the fast-moving pace of our industry. You are able to communicate fluently in both Finnish and English. We use different types of tools and systems to report and analyze campaigns, and full training will be provided. Any skills with other types of analytics tools are a plus.
