We are seeking an experienced client success or account manager to lead initiatives across various state Medicaid markets. Jukebox Health provides clinician-led home modification services to HCBS FFS programs and Managed Care Organizations. We are operating in multiple states and rapidly expanding our presence in Medicaid.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Demonstrable track record of supporting B2B sales and business development in healthcare
  • Prior Medicaid HCBS experience is a strong plus
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Responsibilities
  • Revenue, KPI, and relationship management responsibilities with various HCBS programs
  • Develop and execute market expansion plans in collaboration with growth and operation teams
  • Identify and diagnose program challenges to continuously improve Jukebox’s performance within Medicaid programs
  • Represent Jukebox and serve as its brand ambassador to evangelize the company’s value proposition throughout the Medicaid ecosystem
