We are seeking a highly organized Dispatch Coordinator to join our medical cannabis home delivery team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for scheduling drivers, monitoring real-time deliveries, optimizing routes, and ensuring compliance with all state regulations. You’ll act as the key communication hub between drivers, fulfillment staff, and customers to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries. Ideal candidates will have experience in dispatch, logistics, or delivery operations, excellent multitasking skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required. Must meet state employment requirements. Must be 21+
