L’Oréal LDB Greece is looking for a Medical Account Manager to join the SkinCeuticals team and help towards the acceleration of the medical channel’s development, reporting to the Brand Supervisor. You will... Be responsible for the sales targets and qualitative/quantitative objectives set by headquarters/ Performance of clients Develop, monitor and manage a portfolio of clients account, in accordance with the strategy of division and brand Organize the routing program, manage administrative data and information. Identify prospects within his/her industry and develop new business relationships. Help customers develop Develop commercial and business awareness their own business: sales - including e-retail- coaching, training and team motivation and develop their loyalty. Create an annual business plan considering levers of growth to achieve brand results (sell-in, sell-out, market share) and the profitability of brands within the account. Lead or participate in the negotiations with clients on key launches, space, location and stock. Follow up return on investment of actions and animations. Monitor contracts/invoices associated with the brand. Engage with retail teams to deliver activation plans. Co-ordinate with other internal departments on retailer/client activity (sales, supply chain, marketing, customer service, education, merchandising, legal department). Works on excel and ppt files regarding sales analysis, prospecting lists of new clients, presentations regarding the brand and new launches. Work closely with other account managers and retail teams. Circulate scientific and medical expertise to other departments and train internal stakeholders Guarantor for the image and policy of his/her brand(s) in his/her region. You have... Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Pharmaceutical or Beauty Industry, ideally in a multinational environment Commercial &medical experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or biomedical studies, pharmacology, chemistry, or equivalent scientific studies Master Equivalent or MBA would be a plus Excellent communication and influencing skills, strong data analytics and strategic thinking &organizational capabilities Creativity, personal drive, innovation, and passion for the health beauty industry You are...
