We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office manager to join our team. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of the busy medical practice.
The ideal teammate will be a strategic thinker, problem solver and a team player. They will also be excellent at implementing processes to improve patient experience and practice efficiency. They will be required to perform medical reception and Office Manager tasks.

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience in General Practice Reception and Management
  • Knowledge of all aspects of MBS billing as related to General Practice
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Day to day coordination of practice workflows
  • Oversee and handle patient enquiries
  • Manage patient appointments and ensuring the smooth running of the clinic
  • Flexibility and the attitude to get the job completed each day in a very efficient way.
  • Attention to detail and will thrive under time pressure
  • Human Resource Management of a small team of administrative staff including rostering of staff and the smooth management of leave requirements
  • Maintain practice policies and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:

  • Medical Reception: 2 years (Preferred)
