Due to continued growth, we are seeking a friendly, organised, and reliable Full-Time Medical Administration Officer to join our Traralgon office.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in supporting our clinical team and daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
Working with Aged Care - Support At Home team
Managing client bookings, schedules, and incoming calls
Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
Liaising with clinical staff to support efficient client outcomes
General administration and office duties

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous medical reception or specialist practice experience (preferred, not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Confidence using computers and practice management software
A professional presentation and a team-focused attitude
