About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the Medical Officer Support, Credentialing, Employment and Training Unit (MOSCETU) as the Medical Administration Team Leader for our Senior Medical Workforce. You will assist with a range of high-level administrative duties within the Senior Medical workforce ensuring all human resource practices are in accordance with relevant ACT Government legislation and internal CHS polices. You will also be managing contractual agreements with employees, ensuring accurate remuneration entitlements are applied, and liaising with clinical units to ensure the timely recruitment, governance and processes are being carried out effectively. You will also be responsible for policy development, conducting recruitment specific training programs and preparing reports, briefs, correspondence and submissions on recruitment related matters.
