The Opportunity

As we grow, we are looking for collaborative and agile Practice Administrators - of all levels of experience - who are interested in full time roles.

We have opportunities for Senior and Coordinator roles in North Sydney and future opportunities across South Sydney. All our clinics are close to public transport, cafes, and local shops.

Administrators in Malu Health have an opportunity to:

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of practice administrators, if in a Senior Administrator role,
• Manage client intake and support clinicians with their admin workload
• Manage client enquiries, bookings, waitlists, reminders and cancellations
• Maintain accurate client records and other documents in the practice management system
• Coordinate referrals and communication with referrers and external stakeholders, as required
• Use their knowledge of medical billing and payments, including Medicare and private claiming workflows
• As a Senior Administrator, keep clinic operations running smoothly - from rooms, calendars, capacity, and supplies
• Learn from an experienced and well-respected Practice Manager, NSW.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in medical or allied health reception or practice administration
• Career administrators with team leading or training experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong admin skills in diary management, multitasking, and prioritising
• Confident with systems in general, particularly health practice management systems and Microsoft
• Working knowledge of healthcare billing, payments and debtor workflows (Medicare and NDIS knowledge preferred)
