Practice & Patient Care Coordinator (Digital & Clinical) Type: Full-Time

Location: Boutique Optometric Practice: CLEAR eye doctors

Compensation: $24.00 – $28.00 / hour (Based on experience & proven tech proficiency)

Who Thrives in Our Practice:

We are seeking an independent, detail-oriented, and emotionally mature professional who takes pride in owning their desk. You do not need optical experience. We provide full, structured digital training modules but you must be tech-savvy, highly organized, and confident working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing patient intake, frame styling, and pre-testing (we will train you on equipment).
Navigating our cloud-based EMR, web store orders, and automated patient communication tools efficiently.
Maintaining clean, organized clinical inventory and laboratory order tracking.
Working collaboratively with our remote management team and clinic owner.

Must-Have Qualifications:

3+ years in a structured, fast-paced environment (Medical, Dental, Banking, or High-End Service).
Proven comfort switching between multiple digital software platforms quickly and accurately.
Strong personal accountability. You enjoy completing daily checklists and solving minor routine hiccups independently.
