About Our Company: Here at ROMTech, we’ve created and patented a revolutionary medical device and telemedical platform which delivers in-home rehabilitative care. We are now looking for a customer centric Patient Coordinator for a full-time, onsite, (Clearwater, FL) 3+ months contract to support patients through the prescription-to-delivery process of our rehabilitative medical device. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, positive experience while driving patient engagement and successful treatment outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years in patient onboarding/enrollment (healthcare preferred)
  • 1+ year telehealth experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with DME, insurance processes, CRM, EHRs, and MS Office
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
  • Moderate noise (i.e., phone calls, online meetings, computer audio)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Educate & Motivate: Explain device benefits and provide motivational support to encourage treatment adherence.
  • Patient Support: Address questions and concerns via phone/email; conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve delivery, billing, and technical issues by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Logistics Coordination: Schedule deliveries/pickups with 3PL partners and resolve conflicts as needed.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and stay current with healthcare regulations.
