Beauty Incubator Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a dynamic cosmetic surgery practice who are in search of a highly professional, dependable, and trustworthy Medical Office Administrator to join their growing team.


As a Medical Office Administrator you will providing support to a dynamic clinical practice while delivering a great patient experience.

Essential Requirements to apply:

• Demonstrated experience in providing the highest standard of patient quality care

• Minimum of two (2) years related experience (working within a health clinic)

• Excellent understanding of medical terminology

• Experience in a busy clinic setting, managing the booking of surgical & cosmetic procedures

• Ability to interact with clients with discretion, professionalism, and accuracy

• Excellent oral and written communication, including phone etiquette

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word


Summary of Duties, but not limited to:

• Welcoming and greeting clients, guiding clients throughout their visit and checking clients in and out of their appointments

• Managing the booking of Surgical & Cosmetic procedures while providing friendly and efficient service to our clients

• Processing payments for appointments and surgical procedures

• Interacting with clients with discretion, professionalism, and accuracy

• Making reminder appointment calls to clients

• Managing wait times with clients, updating them with accurate information regarding their appointment.

• Responding to all client inquiries in a timely manner

• Foster client/clinic loyalty by creating memorable experience

• Problem solve in a fast-paced environment

• Inputting patient information in Electronic Medical Record system

• Assist patient consultant in calling for medical records for surgical patients, and pre/post surgery

Schedule of hours:

• Hours of operation 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
