About this role TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service capabilities, resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions. The Medical Advisor (IMA, Part-Time) is responsible for providing strategic and operational medical and scientific support, including interpretation of clinical and scientific data, medical review of materials, and expert guidance to internal and external stakeholders. The role is part-time, approximately 0.1 FTE, and structured as a long-term consulting assignment. As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical company operating in established therapeutic areas with marketed products across multiple European markets. Key Responsibilities • Provide medical and scientific expertise within assigned therapeutic areas, including interpretation of clinical and published data • Review and approve promotional and non-promotional medical materials in compliance with IMA requirements • Develop medical Q and A materials and respond to specific medical inquiries from customers and internal teams • Support and contribute to internal medical and therapeutic area education • Collaborate with key medical stakeholders and support structured KOL engagement activities • Act as a medical point of contact across multiple European markets as needed Qualifications • MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant scientific or medical discipline • Extensive experience working within IMA in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment, this is essential • Strong background in medical review, scientific communication, and compliance • Experience within one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: endocrinology, psychiatry, dermatology • Ability to work independently in a low FTE, consulting-style role • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally What We Offer We provide a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity for personal and professional growth in a flexible and rewarding environment.
