ARM-P4-13 This role is pivotal in ensuring that high-quality, accurate, and impactful medical content is developed and delivered in a timely manner to support both internal and external stakeholders. By leading the development and publication of critical clinical data, providing medical guidance to field teams, and fostering strong networks with key clinicians, the Medical Adviser will play a crucial role in driving the success of Anerem in procedural sedation and other indications for use, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care. Key Responsibility Be accountable for contributing to Medical Plan and strategy development, and for executing tactical activities within the assigned region and therapeutic area. Identify key external experts (KEEs). Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians specialising areas of interest (gastroenterologists, anaesthetists, sedation nurses) and develop appropriate KEE engagement plans. Interact with medical societies and other health professionals to create and maintain a scientific relationship based on ethics and trust as appropriate. Share emerging on-label data with HCPs, discussing all aspects of the data in a scientific, objective and balanced way, gathering high impact and actionable insights. Collaborate with clinical centers and HCPs to identify information/data gaps. Support/participate in clinical study discussions that address these gaps and unmet clinical needs. Integrate scientific knowledge with insights from scientific interactions and provide the Mundipharma organization with an understanding of the local medical community, clinical practice trends and real or perceived gaps in current scientific knowledge and medical treatment contributing to the development of company strategies, ultimately optimizing patient care. Maintain deep and current knowledge of Anerem, anesthesiology, sedation and related therapy areas, acting as a key local ambassador for local medical initiatives to drive knowledge exchange and collaboration. Remain abreast of the latest scientific knowledge and developments in defined domains of expertise. Ensure that all business decisions, strategies and tactics place the patient at the centre to ensure enhanced patient outcomes. Provide ongoing medical information and education to commercial teams, enhancing their ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. Plan and deliver targeted medical training to align field teams with the latest clinical and therapeutic developments. Provide non-promotional scientific support to other company activities (i.e. hospital formulary listing/payer activities). Speaker identification engagement, and training. Speaker slide deck preparation where appropriate, briefing and feedback to HCPs. Provide medical input to creation, development and review of promotional and non-promotional material, and ensure material is in line with external Laws, Regulations and Codes of Practice.
