As Medical Advisor for the Cardiology Area, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and executing medical strategies that support product launches, engage key opinion leaders, and ensure compliance with the highest ethical standards. By collaborating across functions and building strong scientific partnerships, you’ll help improve access, elevate care standards, and make a real difference in people’s lives. Job Description Key Responsibilities Develop and implement medical strategy for the cardiology therapeutic area in alignment with global and local objectives. Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to review and adapt promotional and educational materials, ensuring compliance with local and global guidelines. Prepare and execute short- and long-term medical plans, including support for new product launches and indication expansions. Provide scientific input into clinical research activities and support non-interventional studies and investigator-initiated trials. Build and maintain relationships with external experts (KOLs) and internal stakeholders to gather insights and co-create solutions. Ensure timely and high-quality responses to medical inquiries and contribute to standard response documents for frequently asked questions. Actively participate in cross-functional projects with Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Pharmacovigilance, QA, and Commercial teams. Essential Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of medical strategy development and product lifecycle management. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across cross-functional teams. Fluency in Polish (mandatory) and English (oral and written). Ability to travel across Poland for expert engagement (approx. once every 1–2 weeks). Desirable Requirements Previous experience in the cardiology therapeutic area. Degree in medicine, pharmacy, biology, or related life sciences. Experience in preparing launch strategies and collaborating on clinical research projects. Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: · Poland: PLN 213,920 – 397,280 The salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
