Main responsibilities: Lead Scientific Strategy: Champion clinical development and lifecycle management of vaccine products, with deep expertise in influenza and working knowledge of RSV and pertussis Generate Evidence: Create and execute clinical trial and real-world evidence concepts that advance scientific understanding and publication planning Build External Partnerships: Engage key opinion leaders and healthcare stakeholders to foster scientific exchange, develop advocacy networks, and establish Sanofi as a trusted scientific partner Drive Collaboration: Partner across medical, commercial, and clinical teams to enhance project delivery with a unified "one-respiratory" approach Represent Sanofi: Present at scientific meetings and develop content for congresses and educational platforms Lead Publication Planning: Develop comprehensive publication strategies and coordinate continuing medical education activities that advance scientific knowledge Support Field Engagement: Maintain a field-focused outlook ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and scientific communication Demonstrate Leadership: Apply analytical rigor and ethical influence to drive regional and global medical strategy aligned with our values: Aim Higher, Act for Patients, Be Bold, Lead Together About you Advanced degree in life sciences (Ph.D, PharmD, or M.D. preferred) 3+ years pharmaceutical industry experience in medical or related function Strong understanding of medical/scientific concepts and ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences Excellent English communication and presentation skills Project management experience and MS Office proficiency Demonstrated ability to develop educational materials and training content Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management Preferred: Infectious disease knowledge, vaccines experience a plus Proven ability to create educational materials and work collaboratively Innovative mindset and willingness to travel Why This Role Matters?
