We are currently seeking a Licensed Medical Aesthetician who is passionate about skin health, advanced aesthetic treatments, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid aesthetician license (Medical Aesthetician certification preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in a medical spa or medical facility with a RN, NP or MD (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Sales experience in skincare or treatment packages is a plus
• ZO Skin Health and Alumier knowledge and experience
• Experience with Jane App
• Hospitality background is a bonus

Perform aesthetic treatments, such as:

• Chemical peels
• Microneedling
• Dermaplaning
• Custom facials
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations
• Taking pre- and post-treatment photos
• Create personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care
• Setting up and turning over rooms to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment

Administration and assistant tasks, such as:

• Stocking medical aesthetic rooms for facials and injectables
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care, including assisting in injectable treatments when necessary.
• POS check-out and taking treatment deposits
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques and products
• Manage inventory of aesthetic supplies and equipment
• Social media involvement
• Knowledge to answer FAQ on all medical aesthetic treatments, in person, via phone calls, emails, and text messages
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient flow during clinic days via Jane App
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their needs and preferences.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions.
