Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our team. As a Medical Aesthetician, you will provide a range of beauty treatments and services to our clients, helping them enhance their natural beauty and boost their confidence. Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, IPL, laser pigmentation procedure, facials, OxyGeneo, Hydrafacial, RF microneedling, microneedling, chemical peel, eye lash extension, eye brow lamination, and body contouring treatments. Also, welcome patients, assist with heath history forms and informed consent forms, take patient photos, offer tea or coffee.
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Sanitize equipment and maintain a clean and organized treatment room.
- Upsell retail products to clients based on their skincare needs.
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring client satisfaction throughout their visit
Skills:
- Strong retail sales skills to effectively promote and sell skincare products.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy and understanding of active chemical ingredients inside skincare.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Proficiency in eyelash extensions techniques and eye brows lamination.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation procedures for maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Ability to upsell services and products to maximize revenue.
- Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients.
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a spa or salon setting.
