• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, laser hair removal, micro needling, dermaplaning and chemical peel.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas to ensure client safety and comfort.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate services or products.
• Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products to promote retail sales.
• Upsell additional services or products based on client needs and preferences to enhance their overall experience.
• Collaborate with team members to create a harmonious work environment focused on guest satisfaction.
