Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and multi-talented Medical Aesthetician with MOA and front desk experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about client care with a strong foundation in laser treatments, Morpheus8, facials, and marketing. This is a hybrid role that combines clinical support, client coordination, and in house marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in clients, manage bookings, and ensure a smooth front desk experience
• Perform medical aesthetic treatments within scope, including laser services, facials, body sculpting, Morpheus8 and more!
• Ensure accurate and compliant client/documentation
• Prepare treatment rooms and set up for appointments
• Follow up with leads and inquiries via phone/email
• Assist with back-office tasks including MOA support and inventory
• Collaborate with the team to execute in-clinic marketing initiatives (e.g. social media, promotions, events)
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment for all clients
• Provide education on products, services, and pre/post-care instructions
• Uphold clinic standards in patient privacy, safety, and care
• Assist Nurse Injectors, Pharmacist, and Nutritionist

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Aesthetician (required)
• Laser Technician Certification (required)
• Experience with laser technologies, Morpheus8, and facial treatments, body sculpting is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with marketing and social media content creation (required)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about aesthetics

Schedule:

• 4 days per week (Monday–Friday, excluding Wednesday), 9 AM – 5 PM
• Occasional flexibility for promotions
