FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $19-$22

ADDITIONAL PAY:

  • 10% commission on skincare product sales
  • 10% commission on packages sales
  • 15% commission from the first appointment of newly referred clients
  • Your client tips are yours to keep.
    Expected Days/Hours : Tuesday-Friday 3pm to 9pm / Saturdays & Sundays 10 am-5pm/ 25-35 hours per week
    We are a client-focused medical aesthetics clinic offering advanced, results-driven treatments in a professional and welcoming environment. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician and Receptionist to join our growing team.

REQUIREMENTS

✅ Mandatory Certifications:

  • Medical Aesthetics Certification or
  • Certified Laser Technician
  • Fluent in English

✅ Experience:

  • 5 years of hands-on experience with: Facials, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal & More

✅ OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid aesthetician license
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Proficient in scheduling and client management software
  • Professional phone and front desk etiquette
Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality treatments
  • Perform skin consultations and create customized treatment plans
  • Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and services
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records
  • Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for every client
  • Keep up with industry trends, new treatments, and best practices
  • Assist with reception and admin tasks:
  • Answer phones and manage scheduling
  • Process client records
  • Support day-to-day office operations
