Your Role: Where Skin Expertise Meets Empowerment
As a Medical Aesthetician at Sparkle, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering meaningful, results-driven treatments. This isn’t about basic facials and upselling—it’s about educating clients, building trust, and guiding them through long-term skin journeys using the most advanced tools in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skin consultations using our OBSERV skin analysis platform and other assessment tools.
• Deliver high-quality skin treatments including facials, microneedling, peels, dermaplaning, and medical-grade homecare consultations.
• Operate and maintain clinical technologies such as laser hair removal, IPL, RF microneedling, skin tightening, and CO2 resurfacing.
• Build long-term client relationships through education, trust, and consistent results.
• Collaborate with Nurse Injectors, leadership, and the Guest Relations team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, skincare protocols, and treatment innovations.
• Contribute to internal training, team learning, and occasional content creation as needed
