Hourly Rate: $22/hour + tips & competitive tiered commission structure

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Aesthetician in a medical or clinical aesthetics setting.
• Laser Certification or significant laser experience is required (Laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of skin care treatments, laser technologies, and facial procedures.
• Ability to assess and recommend treatments based on client needs and goals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and providing excellent service.
• Professional demeanor, with a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals.

• Client Services:
• Provide a variety of aesthetic services, including facials, skin care treatments, and laser treatments, tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough skin care consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans based on client skin concerns and goals.
• Ensure clients are comfortable and informed about their treatments, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Treatment and Procedures:
• Administer various skin care treatments, including microdermabrasion, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and other advanced aesthetic procedures.
• Perform safe and effective laser treatments, ensuring client comfort and the best possible outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest aesthetic procedures, skin care products, and technologies.
• Client Education & Skin Care Guidance:
• Educate clients on proper skin care routines, home care products, and aftercare instructions following treatments.
• Offer personalized recommendations for skin care products to complement treatments and enhance results.
• Operational Support:
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and ensure that all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained.
• Assist with inventory management, including the ordering and tracking of skin care products and supplies.
• Follow clinic protocols and maintain accurate records of client treatments, progress, and product usage.
