ABOUT US:

Aurora Plastic Surgery, led by board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Bimpe Ayeni, is a respected and established surgical clinic with a reputation for excellence in both surgical and non-surgical care. As we expand into a new private surgical facility, we are excited to launch a brand-new Medical Aesthetics division to offer injectable and skin care treatments through our nurse injector and medical aesthetician.
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to support this new aesthetics department. This position is ideal for someone with a blend of marketing, digital content creation, and administrative skills, who is excited to help grow a brand from the ground up—within the structure of a trusted medical practice.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Medical Aesthetics Marketing & Admin Coordinator, you will lead the execution of multi-channel marketing strategies, while also managing front-desk and operational tasks for the aesthetics team. You’ll work directly with patients and staff to drive engagement, promote our services, and ensure a seamless patient experience from inquiry to follow-up.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1–2 years in a marketing role (preferably digital or B2B)
  • Familiarity with multichannel marketing and automation tools
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Aurora
  • Strong research and analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics
  • Experience handling budgets or marketing spend is an asset
