REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a certificate/Diploma in Medical Aesthetics.
  • A positive and compassionate attitude towards patients and fellow team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a desire to pitch and sell skincare products.
  • High level of professionalism and care in personal presentation.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs (Mornings, Evenings and Weekends).
  • Able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills and previous use of SalesForce is an asset.
  • Experience using Venus Freeze/Legacy®, CoolSculpting®, Soprano/Elos® an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced Medical skincare treatments with quality of service.
  • Perform consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans for patients.
  • Knowledge of patient care and safety protocols.
  • Ability to maintain a sterile and clean environment.
  • Maintaining equipment and following safety measures.
  • Ability to accurately assess and document patient concerns and progress.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, while maintaining clinic needs.
  • Continuous learning and willingness to stay updated on new cosmetic treatments and technologies.
