Job Description Remote role based in Latvia Your responsibilities will involve: Providing administrative support to Medical Affairs department Preparing intradepartmental announcements, newsletters, departmental surveys, and presentations Maintaining departmental tracking and metrics tools Coordinating departmental onboarding and induction training of hired, promoted, or contracted Medical Affairs staff Developing reports for Medical Affairs management Maintaining Medical Affairs knowledge libraries Tracking training compliance of Medical Affairs staff and ensuring resolution of issues Qualifications Qualifications and requirements: College or University degree 1+ year of relevant experience in an administrative or clerical position Experience gained in the Clinical Research industry (CRO or Pharma) is a plus Full working proficiency in English Desire and ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented mindset Good organizational and time-management skills Advanced proficiency in standard Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word) applications Additional Information Advance your career in clinical research, coordinating a variety of tasks and learning new things while growing with the company.
