SUMMARY
As Medical Affairs Lead you will lead a (field) team responsible for driving the Medical Affairs strategy and tactics in line with the Global strategy and local needs of the relevant
therapeutic areas for the Priority Brands/pre launch products. You will lead a (field) team
hands-on to ensure close cross-functional collaboration, to provide proactive, meaningful &
impactful strategic and operational input to other relevant functions like Commercial, Value &
Access and others. You will also set clear expectations, and metrics and follow through with
the team on objectives and coaching & individual development
education, study drug handling, site initiation and closure etc
executing scientific projects & activities in compliance with local and international requirements
