Description
Your responsibilities will include: Deliver on the Global Medical Plan by supporting data generation, knowledge exchange, education, and scientific initiatives related to Cryoablation. Collaborate with Medical, Clinical, and Health Economics & Market Access teams to align on evidence planning and execution. Analyze and interpret new clinical publications and competitive trial data; support dissemination strategies. Develop the clinical evidence story and oversee implementation through the field medical team. Provide medical expertise to Commercial, Regulatory, and Market Access teams; review promotional materials for accuracy and compliance. Ensure KOLs and podium speakers have access to the latest clinical data and pipeline updates. Advanced degree, ideally a postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in healthcare practice or research. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a medical or clinical role within the industry. Therapeutic area experience in oncology. Proven experience interpreting and communicating clinical data to both internal stakeholders and physicians. Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with healthcare professionals in the field. Solid understanding of regulatory guidelines and Good Clinical Practices. Ability to travel within North America and internationally. Highly motivated and collaborative with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated commitment to compliance, patient safety, and product quality. Proven ability to work in a matrix environment with global stakeholders.
