As a Medical Affairs Manager, you will lead medical strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of GSK medicines. If you are passionate about driving change and making a difference, this role could be the next step in your career The responsibilities include some of the following: - Develop and implement local medical strategies aligned with global objectives to support patient care. - Build and maintain scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders. - Provide scientific expertise and insights to internal teams to inform decision-making and strategy. - Support clinical research activities, including investigator-initiated studies and real-world evidence generation. - Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes of practice, and GSK policies in all medical activities. - Review and approve medical grants, sponsorships, and educational initiatives. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (e.g., Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences). - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry. - Strong understanding of clinical research processes and medical governance. - Proven ability to interpret and communicate scientific data effectively. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. - Proficiency in English and Thai, both written and spoken. This is an on-site role based in Thailand, with occasional travel required to support medical activities.
