Description The Medical Affairs Operations and Events Intern coordinates with the Kerecis Medical Affairs Operations and Events teams to support planning, logistics, and documentation for Medical Educational events. This role also serves as a liaison between the field sales team and management to organize educational and training events. The Medical Affairs Support Intern is a temporary, part-time position located on-site in a Kerecis office, reporting to the Senior Operations Support Associate/Specialist. Essential Functions Book venues, create invitation cards for events, collect sign-in sheets from events Support planning, logistics, and documentation for medical education events Coordinate travel accommodations and shipments for external events Record and disseminate meeting minutes Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine significance and plan distribution Track expenses for Medical Affairs Perform general administrative duties, such as sorting incoming correspondence and ordering supplies Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned Requirements Competencies Strong organizational skills Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks Excellent business communication skills, verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills High level of discretion pertaining to confidential information Attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Education & Experience Currently pursuing or recently earned a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Experience in healthcare preferred Experience in planning or hosting events preferred This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
