Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Country Medical Teams to input all relevant activities to project management systems, monitor plan execution and generate reports on a monthly basis. Systems include but are not limited to Smart Launch, Smartsheet, VEEVA CRM and other tracking tools.
  • Report on the delivery of the EMEA Medical Affairs plan and be accountable in ensuring relevant medical dashboards are kept up-to-date.
  • Coordinate EMEA Medical input to Quarterly Business Reviews, CELT, ELT, Launch Meetings, etc.
  • Coordinate EMEA Medical Affairs input to annual business planning and evidence planning processes.
  • Track EMEA Medical actual and planned budget spend. Liaise with Finance and Country/Sub-Region leads to provide data for accurate reforecasting and budgetary control.
  • As required, drive the operational delivery of specific EMEA regional medical projects.
  • Drive alignment with Global processes, ways of working, and templates to ensure standardization worldwide
