Description
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and colleagues Ensure optimal dissemination of clinical study data to internal and external audiences (including EMEA symposia/congress presentations) Initiate and facilitate networks, communication and collaboration within EMEA and across other regions. We are looking for a candidate with strong scientific acumen, excellent presentation and communication skills, and collaborative approach. Required: Master degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering or equivalent Min of 7 years relative experience in medical device industry or 5 years with advanced degree (MD or PhD degree), preferably in medical affairs Fluency in understanding & interpretation of clinical data Excellent communication & presentation skills to all levels of organization Collaborative and collegial approach while thriving in a dynamic and fast pace environment Proficiency in English Technical or clinical knowledge in interventional cardiology or electrophysiology is a strong advantage MD or PhD degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering or equivalent Experience in developing educational programs and KOL management Previous Track record of building relationship with key opinion leaders in medical field Clinical research experience Previous experience in a Matrix organization Additional European or Middle Eastern Language Expertise leading an international team Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced environment Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders Leadership and communication, change management and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization Highly organized with the ability to prioritize
