We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient, motivated and proactively driven individual to fulfil the role of an administrator within the Medical Appraisal and Revalidation team supporting the Responsible Officer function.
Working as a Medical Appraisal and Revalidation Administrator is a specialised, confidential, and sometimes challenging role. The Postholder needs good all-round administration skills, feel comfortable dealing with medical staff at all levels, must be trustworthy, polite, kind, and deal appropriately with often sensitive and confidential situations.
We are seeking someone with previous administration experience with the skills to provide high level support to the appraisal and revalidation lead/manager. Key to this role is the ability to support the development, implementation and maintenance of effective and robust systems and processes.
You will be liaising with medical staff and other senior professionals both within BTHFT and other external stakeholders from GMC and NHS England. You will have the skills and confidence to communicate effectively at all levels, verbally and in writing, as well as a proactive, positive approach and demonstrable experience of contributing at a high level to a business support function.
Our People Charter outlines the behaviours we can expect from one another and what you can expect from Bradford Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust:
We value people
We are one team
We care
We’re keen to meet people who share these values and are passionate about delivering the highest quality of care to our patients.
The successful candidate will be able to think on their feet and balance conflicting priorities. Compiling information and recording data is a key aspect of the role, therefore you will have an eye for detail along with excellent IT skills. This role can be fast paced and require you to work independently and collaboratively
