Experience in Medical Electronic health Systems, (Ecw preferred), Injections, simple lab testing,and taking vitals, is imperative. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at supporting our medical staff and ensuring a high standard of care for our patients. Medical Assistant Key Responsibilities: Perform vital sign assessments and accurately record patient information Take patient medical histories and document relevant details Administer vaccines and other medications as directed by the physician Update and maintain patient medical records in compliance with regulations Contact patients to provide test results and follow-up information Assist physicians during patient examinations and procedures Ensure a clean and organized work environment Medical Assistant Qualifications: Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program Proven experience in a medical assistant role or similar healthcare position Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
