Description Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. Job Responsibilities: Assist the medical practitioner in performing aesthetic treatments and procedures, such as laser treatments, chemical peels, injectables, and other non-surgical procedures. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure all necessary equipment is ready for procedures. Perform pre-treatment and post-treatment patient care, including skin cleansing, applying topical anesthetics, and providing aftercare instructions. Maintain accurate patient records, including detailed notes on treatments and progress. Educate patients on various aesthetic procedures, expected outcomes, and potential side effects. Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout their visit. Manage inventory of medical supplies and order as needed. Handle patient inquiries and schedule appointments. Assist in marketing and promotional activities, such as social media posts and patient consultations. Requirements Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred. Previous experience in a medical aesthetics or dermatology setting. Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
