Responsibilities Prepare welcoming and clinical-ready environments to ensure every patient feels safe, comfortable, and ready for their visit from the moment they walk in. Capture vital signs and patient stories with precision to provide the clinical team with a clear, accurate foundation for diagnosis and treatment. Support complex clinical procedures and treatments as a trusted partner to physicians and nurses, ensuring seamless care delivery and patient safety. Coordinate essential clinic operations—from managing supplies to maintaining digital records—to keep the team organized and focused on what matters most: the patient. Facilitate clear communication between patients and the care team, acting as a vital link that ensures questions are answered and records are meticulously maintained. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
