We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. Job Description The Medical Assistant will support providers with both clinical and administrative duties while helping ensure a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, professional, dependable, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team. Dermatology experience is highly preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to grow. Room patients and prepare them for examination Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and chief complaints Assist physicians and providers with examinations and procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies Perform clinical tasks such as injections, wound care, suture removal, and specimen handling (as permitted by role/training) Assist with biopsies, surgeries, and dermatologic procedures Provide patient education and relay provider instructions Process prescriptions, prior authorizations, and refill requests Support scheduling, charting, and electronic medical records documentation Maintain cleanliness and proper stocking of exam rooms Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and team members Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) High school diploma or equivalent (Medical Assistant certification preferred) Minimum 1 year of medical office or clinical experience preferred Dermatology experience highly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Pay rate starting at $19/hr We are looking for someone who is: Driven and proactive Dedicated and dependable Eager to learn and grow within dermatology Team-oriented and adaptable Compassionate and patient-focused Professional in both appearance and communication Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
