This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Pacific Time – Corona, CA) Total Weekly Hours: 20 Hours Join a modern medical practice as the virtual face of patient care, providing top-notch administrative support and coordination. You’ll work in a fully virtual environment, using advanced EMR systems while ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every patient. Responsibilities Act as the primary virtual point of contact for patient communications and scheduling Manage new patient registration and digital onboarding Coordinate virtual appointments and maintain provider schedules Process patient information and maintain detailed electronic medical records Work within the RXNT EMR system to ensure accurate documentation Handle incoming calls with professionalism and empathy Support smooth daily clinic operations through efficient admin coordination Collaborate with providers to maintain optimal patient flow Assist with follow-up communications and virtual care coordination Requirements 3+ years of medical reception or healthcare administrative experience Proven ability to work in virtual healthcare settings Strong technical skills and EMR system proficiency (RXNT experience is a plus) Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills Strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with new technology Independent Contractor Perks Permanent work-from-home arrangement Immediate hiring ZR_27782_JOB
